Happy Thanksgiving, to all those who celebrate this festival.

Here's a special Thanksgiving message which came to me via Twitter:

To be safe please remember to roast your holiday bankster at a slightly higher temperature than a turkey, around 666° F

:)

Simon, who has had a truly horrible week - for which I am anything but thankful.

'Sweeps' NOTE:

...I'll toast with you to the BANKER ROAST Simon. Would like to KNOW why the Hell you had such a bad week though. My thoughts are well with you.

Today...though not in the U.S.A. (thank goodness right now), I thought to make at least a Mini Thanksgiving Dinner for my 'TRIBE' as they all came home from their days school or work. SO, I did. Made a small turkey, real pan gravy, and mashed potatoes and broccoli (is that how it's spelled?) AND 'who cares' after 3 Vodkas-Russian Embassy type. Also had the 'traditional' Cranberry Sauce- full berry.

Yes...it was merely a 'THING' to do since it was my 'cooking turn' as house husband day.

All enjoyed...

that's the main appreciative point. They did 'bring up' the 'coming of the White Man' and the genocide of the American Indians/Native Americans et al. I could only 'counter'...that the Tribes were 'killing each other, raiding their own villages, carrying off women, and being as brutal as any other of the Human Species.

Anyway...I take this 'chance' to say 'a Happy Thanksgiving' to all, as Simon did, for the many things we have. Some don't have as much...and many are happier for it anyway. Still, I wish all of us to 'walk in each others shoes' for awhile...and 'let each become all they are capable of becoming'. I'll settle for watching people 'growing'...in a good and spiritually healthy way...for themselves and others too.

By 'Spiritual'...as you ALL must know...I DO NOT mean Religious.

Best wishes/cheers/and regards for the season and New Year upon us all. Hoping for that 'growth'/'S'

I've calmed down now but at one stage I felt as if I was spitting fire. It was that bad. Towards the end of the week I saw it said that the elite had released an extra powerful dose of negativity that week, so possibly I had been affected by it. I had a lot of things go wrong, including sales of things on eBay which were not straight forward.

Yet when I look back I now realise that something potentially very good also happened.

It was Wednesday when the worst and the best things happened... just a few hours apart.

On that day I went to visit someone in hospital and they gave me the most awful welcome, saying the most horrible and spiteful things which I felt sure were just not so and which left me reeling.  She also refused my "goodbye" kiss on the forehead as I left, although she still ate the nosh I took her - as she is diabetic I took a packet of almonds and not chocolate or fruit. This lady had a stroke earlier in the year and lost the ability to walk. She is now on morphine (because of pain caused by severe arthritis) and I suspect that this affected her mind and reasoning. One of the other ladies in the ward said that she too had been upset by my friend saying some very hurtful things to her as well.

It was on my way home from the hospital that the positive event occurred. In short, I chanced upon the first of 57 trains which had been specially modified to carry more passengers (it had an extra carriage which to let people know about was decorated with special murals) and as I had a camera with me I was able to film this train and place it on my YouTube channel. I now see the synchronicity in my seeing and being able to film that specific train. It is very much something that I had hoped would happen...

By the weekend YouTube told me that the film had the highest viewings for a new film for 6 months, and who knows, it may yet go viral.

Simon

(apologies for the delayed response, it was not intended to take so long. I'm flogging things which I've had for years but no longer need or want on eBay. Trying to de-clutter the loft)! :)

*Great Reply...history and all Simon,

...Can 'equate'/have good empathy with that. Yeah...HAD a 'bad and worse' experience with 'updating'/converting from XP-PRO OS...to Windows 7, then Windows 8, and then to Windows 8.1

It's all MARKETING Bullshite you know....XP Pro was one of the very best workable OS things. But, 'Windows' wanted a new OS which could/would reach ALL computers/tablets/I pods/Smart phones/etc. with the same OS. That's why all of this is done. Damnedable too.

Working it ALL out is a 'blister' on you already ANGER...for the state of the World/people and the way Capitalism/politics/religion/and technology are entering the danger zone of 'Nano'/SKYNET, which WILL make Humans/sentient creatures obsolete. Not a joke/'S'

*'Sweeps' NOTE:

....Just briefly, because I've really been busy busy busy (more on TWITTER...hopeful that others might come and put topics on our Forum)...'A MERRY CHRISTMAS'/HAPPY HOLIDAYS to ALL.

Whatever is your 'THING'...I wish you all the warmth/Love/Family/'growth', and 'great times' you may need/gather.

We don't know where we're going, or even came from, but we ARE Here...so 'Expand', make the most of it and 'Have a Happy'.

Do you know, I've today...cooked the Turkey/stuffing/got in all the supplies/extras...AHEAD of time Yes.

Well, I do this every year...who wants to spend X-Mas morning/day...COOKING? It's true...did Giblet gravy and made 2 twelve inch PLUS 1 and 1/2 inch deep PUMPKIN PIES. Lovely to have it ALMOST all done huh?

Still, no one is every truly DONE. Think that's right.

May we all feel that 'SPECIAL' magic which comes from family and love. All the best on these Holidays...whoever you are or come from.

btw, something I flogged at the end of November arrived back here today

The buyer was adamant that their address was correct, but the delivery company could not find it! Since it weight over 2kg and the buyer was in Eire, the postage was a whopping £26!

I'm in negotiation as to what happens next; I am willing to repost, or refund purchase money and sell elsewhere, but only as long as I am not financially out of pocket.

Oops! I'm very sorry, its totally my fault, I've really done it this time... in the past I have been known to say things which miss out vital information, but not quite as severely as this. I suppose that I subconsciously expect others to know what I'm saying via telepathy.

Earlier this thread I talked about a ghastly week and feeling as if spitting fire. One of the things which happened that week which I did not previously mention was the sale (on eBay) of a Burberry coat that my father no longer wanted. Although I asked for UK sales only someone in Rush, Co. Dublin (Eire) wanted to buy it and since she bid the highest price and agreed to pay the extra postage so I let her have it.

It took her several days to pay me, which annoyed me (because I was beginning to wonder if she really did want it) but eventually she sent the money to my PayPal account, along with a message sent via the eBay messaging system* confirming her street address and that there is no house number or name.

When I got to the post office they said that the parcel weighed just 30 grams (about an ounce) more than 2kg so the postage cost rose from something like £18 to £26. I had charged her £20.50 postage (which in itself is a lot of money) in the expectation that even after PayPal and eBay take their fees this should have more or less covered the postage charge and still left me with a reasonable profit from the sale.

This £26 postage fee was to send it on an insured service which was not tracked - I was going to send it tracked as well, but because it weighed over 2kg the cost was going to be a lot higher. (If I recall correctly, something like £45!) The post office people also told me that even though it was "just" 30 grams over the limit they have to follow the rules pedantically, as otherwise the recipient will be charged extra fees.

(eBay's systems said that this Burberry coat weighed 2kg and I used this as a postage price guide, the packaging should not have pushed this over the weight limit as it was a specialist lightweight mailing plastic bag designed for clothing.)

This all took place in the last week of November - around Thanksgiving. I posted it on the 26th, although since I arrived at the post office after the last parcel collection it actually left the post office on the 27th.

Because the address did not include a property identifier and the buyer lives on a long road (I looked it up on an online map) so the parcel could not be delivered, and to my dismay it arrived back here on Tuesday 23rd December (two days ago).

The lady wanted this item for a Christmas present for her son. I wanted the money for something for me! I now await her instructions as to what happens next. I am willing to either resend it or refund her, but whatever the outcome I am not willing to be stung financially for postage costs and eBay transaction fees. After all, I sent it to a confirmed address (I checked within both eBay and PayPal). I was so reassured by her message* of 26th November stating quite categorically that the address was correct that I did not suggest including her telephone number with her street address on the outside of the package.

*I understand that messages sent via the eBay messaging system can be read by eBay staff; this is significant and hopefully will be beneficial to me, in case the buyer and I disagree over postage costs.

btw, this year Christmas for me is coming a few days late; normally there is a large family dinner party but both my parents are unwell - I suspect from the flu injections. Earlier this week Mother even had a few days in bed. I've had to go shopping for them and when we do have our family gathering it will be just a tea party, nothing more, with foods bought from a shop rather than the usual home made.

Merry Christmas to everyone - I hope yours is better than mine!

Simon - who avoids flu jabs like the plague!

Edit to add: The buyer has confirmed that she still wants it, and has added that she lives on a tiny road with few houses.  My response has been to take a deep intake of breath and go "Hmm..." I've also asked a direct question, because either both Google and Bing maps point to the wrong road or she does not know that a road over 1km in length is not exactly "little".

*'Sweeps' NOTE;

...That straightened us all out Simon-lenghty complete explanation. But won't accept it as an apology, since one isn't necessary. It should NOW, well and truly, be 'off your chest' too. :)

Think we all hope things have settled a bit with the family sickness...and you've all been able to be fit and with each other...late or not...to celebrate and 'do the season'.

OH, BTW, can join you in the spirit of 'Never Take The Flu Jab' also...have to spred the word.

So, again, wish you and yours the 'spirit and joy' of the holidays....watch the snows and transport problems in England though. Always something huh?

Best cheers...and get ready to 'toast', all of us, for the coming New Year. We'll all need it/'S'

Hmm, I did not receive a message reply email...

Anyway, alas the topic is still still on my chest. eBay have decided that since the parcel never arrived I should refund the buyer and they did this themselves using the unspent funds from my PayPal account.

However, they took a net amount of £86.50, whereas when the funds first arrived in the account PayPal immediately took their fee and left me with the remaining £82.93.

This refund only happened today (Tues 30th December) and it might be that in a day or so PayPal will refund their fees. I don't yet know. I also do not know whether eBay will be taking their 10% fees. I could end up out of pocket by about  £38... ouch, Ouch and OUCH! :(

===============================================================================

On a much happier note,

I wish everyone a very happy new year! :)  Try not to eat or drink too much! ;)

Hmm, re 2015 I bet you've heard some Intel chatter behind the scenes!

From what I've heard (David Wilcock and others) we could indeed have an "interesting" year. Major financial events are in the works! I am still hopeful that instead of bail-ins there will be a Biblical style Jubilee in which all debts are wiped out (there is enough gold secreted away to pay for this). This will help so many ordinary people. Of course the elite wont like it, but their actions over the years (towards ordinary people) have been such that few will shed even one tear for them. People wont even waste their energy on crocodile tears!

My concern is that there whatever major financial event transpires it will include reductions in spending that result in greater unemployment. Of course it makes sense that governments should not run up large debts for future generations (borrowing for specific projects with fixed repayments funded by profits are a different issue) but whilst (for instance) it would be beneficial for everyone to be debt free its less attractive for people to also become "income free" and unable to fund life's basics - food, shelter, etc.

On the topic of matters financial, there is a rumour is that some years ago the fabled NESARA payouts actually did take place, but the only recipients were our beloved elite - who of course do not want anyone else to know about this!

Clif High is still saying that the weather will make headlines this year. Including the global coastal event sea level rises which many thought would occur in 2013.

I understand that later in 2015 there will be a public ET landing. The first will not be in an English speaking nation.

I've heard talk about Princes William and Harry having an elder sister who looks just like their late mother. Although biologically a blood relative the sister came from a different physical mother. (Test tube technology made this possible). If true this could mean that William wont get the Throne - instead we will have Queen Sarah! (Whilst of course this *might* be so, I have no idea if it is anything more than idle chatter).

---------------------------------------------------------------------

btw, the eBay saga continues... I've successfully appealed their decision against me but what happens next remains uncertain. Both I and the intended recipient are working hard to get the carrier to refund the postage cost.

All the best for 2015, Auld Lang Syne was certainly heard in this house on this side of midnight! :)
