Well…’Irish Ufology Forum Outreach’...has been telling you this right along.

BUT: Arthur C. Clarke NOW says, ‘Mars has a case of the munchies. That is, the red planet is spotted with vegetation with some sort of life feasting on the foliage.’

The noted sci-fi writer and space visionary, made the claim during the 2nd annual international conference on the space elevator, held in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Sir Arthur beamed into the gathering by satellite link on September 13, 2003. When asked what destination he'd like to travel to via the space elevator, Clarke said he was ‘ready and willing’ to journey to the red planet. ‘Mars is the obvious place’.

Clarke said…‘I'm now quite convinced that Mars is infested with life. ‘Mars Orbiter’ photographs show huge areas of vegetation. I don't think there's any doubt anymore on that. And…where there's vegetation, there will be something nibbling on it’.

Just as the audience was chewing on Clarke's Mars life view, he added yet another bit of speculative advice -- this time on cold fusion. ‘It's not cold. It's not fusion. It may be tepid fission or something," Clarke said. ‘Don't laugh…but there's something going on there’.


Some NEW FACTS ON THE RED PLANET-cum revelations

Stick this in your back pocket. Fly Overs by Surveyor Satellite’s infrared imaging cameras have found underground heat...coming not from volcanoes NOR any natural geothermal heating.

The implication is RICH. It more than implies that the network of TUBES like structures, found on Mars in previous fly overs, are connected and part of an ARTIFICIAL geothermal technology which may have existed on the planet for eons.

Some of the scanned areas do have surprising STRAIGHT CHANNELS, TUBES, and WALLS. The imaging doesn’t lie.

A recent NASA scan also shows a grouping of 4 CIRCULAR ruins in an area of the planet high in underground heat. This can only point to a possible UNDERGROUND facility.

The only conclusion which can LOGICALLY be drawn...is that the entire net work...which is being found and scanned...had been PURPOSEFULLY CONSTRUCTED. Of course that means ‘Alien Intelligence’ doesn’t it?

Other ‘scans’ and imagery have NOW shown dozens of unaccountable ARTIFACTS on Mars. In an area called ‘Candor Chasma’, there undoubtedly is a MAPPING of ruins or the remains of BUILDINGS. The structures are 40 to 200 meters wide and 10 to 100 meters high.

They are in a CITY GRID area shaped layout on the surface. The geometry involved in the ‘grid nature’ negates any suggestion that they could be natural or eroded formations.

The HUGE PROBLEM for NASA and the USA now is how and when to formally acknowledge and ANNOUNCE these discoveries. It is becoming URGENT that ‘they decide’.

Why? They could be SCOOPED by the Europeans. Shortly, the European Space projects will be able to independently verify that artificial structures exist on Mars.

No longer will the United States covert data suppressing groups be able to sit on their ‘SECRET’ and wait. The SCAM is going to come out eventually.

The dilemma thinking now has to decide how to reveal that such structures exist. By admitting…pre-empting the Europeans…that ‘we’ have discovered the ALIEN TECHNOLOGY and SITES on Mars, the United States could maintain their pre-eminence in SPACE.

RUSSIA CLAIMS MARS MOON PHOBOS IS PURPOSE BUILT & ARTIFICIAL

Oh yes...we’ve heard this before….but now comes the official statements from the Russians & ‘working’ scientists from the Phobos 1 and 2 Space ‘Shots’.

Phobos is quite small, measuring only 17x12 miles. In addition there is a curious anomaly in its orbit in that it rotates round Mars faster than Mars itself rotates.

According to retired Soviet Air Force Colonel Marina Popovich, Phobos, one of the two Martian moons, is an artificial structure.

In a meeting with CSETI's International Director, Dr. Steven Greer, she told him that her sources also advised that it is hollow. Coincidently(?), the same story was told to contactee Paul Villa Jr. by an ET that he had an encounter with in Long Beach, Ca in 1953. (See ‘Alien Base’ by Timothy Good, P. 241).

Marina Popovich, Ph.D., is a graduate of the University of Leningrad, graduated from the Military Flight School, is a retired Colonel from the Soviet Air Force, and set over 100 aviation records of which 90 are still unbroken.

Suspicions about Phobos being a giant ‘Space Station’ are further fostered by newly disclosed ‘SECRET’ information (Recordings, photos, & reports) about ‘the destruction’ of the 1989 Soviet unmanned Space Probe PHOBOS 2.

A ‘highly secret’ photo…plus information from others involved in the Phobos 2 Space Shot…had been ’smuggled’ out of Russia & given to the Western press by Colonel Dr. Marina Popovich.

Other parts of the ‘highly sensitive’ information pack was what has been called ‘The first ever leaked accounts of an alien ‘mother ship’ in the solar system’.

The last transmission from Phobos 2 was a photograph of a gigantic cylindrical spaceship - a huge, approx, 20km long, 1.5km diameter cigar-shaped 'mother ship', that was photographed on 25 March 1989 hanging or parked next to the Martian moon Phobos by the Soviet unmanned probe Phobos 2.

After that last frame was radio-transmitted back to Earth, the probe mysteriously disappeared. According to the Russian ’information pack’...it was destroyed most probably by an energy pulse beam.

We might now better speculate about what’s been KEPT FROM US by the United States Space probes/missions to Mars and its’ surrounds.

23 out of 31 probes going to Mars have failed. Only eight have gotten through, for a very poor 26% success rate.

We have been looking at 10,000 images from the Spirit rover for 625 days of exploration…has resulted in the discovery of dozens of artificially made objects and life forms. Some are only a few yards from the rover's camera and show indications of intelligent life of Mars either in the past or today. JPL personnel rumors indicate either we or aliens have bases on Mars.
