Originally from Australia, the Doctor has a Ph.D from the University of Queensland and an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Melbourne.

He is a highly recognized figure in global politics, worked in U.S. Foreign Policy/conflict resolution, an author of many books, and has had academic appointments to schools of International affairs and Departments of Political Science.

His investigations led him into an understanding…that many of the world wide conflicts had to do with ‘the undisclosed ET/Alien presence, which has not been acknowledged by governments and vested interest groups to the world’s people. He cites the evidence for this presence and the many different Species of ET’s which are both here on our Planet, and as observers from Outer Space.
