‘HAARP is a Space-Based Weapon of Mass Destruction, targeted against ethical Extraterrestrial visitors and innocent human populations - HAARP must be banned by Treaty’

*’Sweeps’ NOTE:
There IS now evidence FINALLY surfacing that the US is responsible for the recent earthquake in China. KID YOU NOT folks…HAARP Weapons HAVE a ‘HISTORY’.
YES…this time…over 90,000 people were killed …through using ‘HAARP’ Technology/weapons. AND…the reason? This time, it is suspected that TPTB wanted to ‘TAKE OUT’ a Chinese ‘Nuclear Weapons manufacturing industry in THAT Area.
There have been OTHER areas of the world where HAARP weaponry was used OVER THE YEARS.
China may, at this stage, be planning a retaliation.
NOW…perhaps people will make it their business to understand the potential and the REAL threat of this technology.
They have ALSO used HAARP technology for weather control. YEP, including accelerating and steering hurricanes, etc. & EVEN in America’s own country against there own people.
Does anyone-anymore trust these technocrat- maniacal morons who are in control of the use of HAARP?
