[hellboy99]

Was out watching for meteors/shooting stars earlier with the wife when we both spotted the following three objects in the sky. The first one I thought was a satellite (moving slightly faster though than a satellite) that's what I thought up until it grew bigger, brighter and change direction .

The second objects we saw has just left us even more baffled, check out my drawings below of what happened, anyone any ideas ? This happened tonight 10/08/2008 at 00:39 & 00:42am NW

Welcome 'Hellboy99',
-But you must be an amateur Astronomer. The 'systems' in your images-cum drawings, are 10 or more Light years distance. 'BOOTES'?? The movements et al you describe are strange enough. Have you checked for any witnesses or other reports of the same/time happening? Well, keep an eye on the skies. See if there is a repeat pattern. Thanks-Captain

I've never seen anything move like it before, I just don't know what we saw, I have asked a few of my friends if they were out watching the skies at the same time but none were, looks like the only witness for now is my wife.

Damned difficult without corroborative witnesses, but we don't deal in Ridicule here/open minded to these things and your willingness to share all of this.
You do good drawings. Could you tell the folks here WHERE this 'Sighting' of you and your wife's occurred? Thanks...important...for us to get the word out on the street, to try and round up our sources in the area for a kind of 'Canvas...looking for probable witnesses.

Was seen in the north side of Dundalk, Co.Louth.
