This phenomenon is seen across South America, but the Chilean Airforce says this particular 'sighting' was really 'them' practicing for an Airforce 'graduation ceremony'. NONSENSE...AS MANY Chilean people who see them almost on a daily bases will tell you. It is CERTAIN that this spectacular Video footage is not of the 'Chilean Airforce'. They are still under the U.S.A's control as to what to release to the public about 'Disclosure'. Their Airforce WOULD NOT practice over the Large Captital City/at night doing their 'tricks'.
