A 250m-long crop circle of a jellyfish has appeared on farmland causing up to £600,000 worth of damage.
The owners of the land in Oxfordshire have urged visitors to stay away from the circle, which is also 60m (197ft) wide, to avoid further crop damage.

This year's formations are as enigmatic as ever.
Some of them are being 'added to' over several nights, which only adds to the excitement and mystery.
There is speculation that a couple point to solar flares or other events for the next week (around the 7th / perhaps a few days either side) - I guess that we will find out 'soon enough'.

Someone suggested that the writing looked like Hopi / another N. American native 'alphabet'.
Even if it is, its still possible that the message is in a different language.
I would have thought that if 'they' want their message to be known globally then they should go behind the backs of our leaders and create it in English / other mainstream 'earth' language - maybe though they did not do this because the message would be too distressing to those who have not even an inkling about whats really going on?
Or maybe the message was aimed at the elite????

*Howdy Simon,
...Rhyme and Reason eludes us here. If ET(s) are indeed sending 'messages' through Crop Circles...it seems all a bit circuitous and possibly meant to be enigmatic. We just don't have a grasp of their psychology or Cultures. Perhaps it's an Artful way of getting our attention out of the Linear. It's a wait and see for most of us followers of this phenomenon. Too many guesses/'reading in'/ & prolific...if not muddled...interpretations (even if well intentioned), have clouded the whole 'worth or non worth' here. Maybe a 'Cosmic Joker' is in the MIX too/'S'

Well Sweeps, whilst they have their contactees through whom they share some info to the general populace, I think the general theme is that we are still in 'quarantine'.
maybe this will end in 2012?
This will be 'doomsday' for those in power, but not 'the end of the world' for everyone else.
btw, I dont know if you can see Torchwood on the TV this week (9pm every evening) but as the children have been saying, 'we are coming' - and I guess that tonight they change their mantra to 'we have arrived'.
Who the 'we' are, and whether they are friendly - or have larders to fill - remains to be seen...
