 Unfortunately, the talk on this topic was given by Dr. Jill Tarter of SETI - the institute that passively waits for their arrays of radio telescopes to detect ET presence in space, and claims they have had no ET contact - while CSETI teams have made contact using a number of advanced protocols.

 Dr. Tarter and other SETI personnel have been hiding the truth about the existence of ETs for years.
