Its quite a surprise to see the email below with this type of information coming from an otherwise mainstream source - I think its as much about promoting certain jobs as anything else.... anyway, I've added a small comment to the main article.

Possibly I've not said enough - such as the need to avoid getting caught in the solar radiation, as I think that it will damage the ability of the red blood cells to carry oxygen around the body, possibly with fatal results (I'm not sure).

Apocalypse... but not quite now
A 'Knowing' style apocalypse is in order in 2013, predict NASA scientists.

Although this does not mean that our world will overheat into a massive ball of molten rock, it will play havoc with the Earth's electromagnetism.
Communication and satellite systems, air travel and everything else electronic will just stop working. I do agree that we are way too reliant on technology, but that doesn't mean that I want to do without electric showers, trains or microwave popcorn.

Alarming this may sound, there are many things we can all do to prepare for this, thereby ensuring we survive and thrive with the least possible inconvenience…

In case electromagnetism destroys personal data, family photographs, videos, etc stored on computer hard drivers we should make ‘back up’ copies on DVD’s. Another way to protect against stray electromagnetic fields is to store sensitive electronic devices in faraday cages – old microwave ovens could be of use here, as these are designed to keep the short wave radiation which ‘cooks’ the food in – so conversely should work the other way around and keep similar radiation out – thereby helping to protect whatever is inside them. But remember to keep the door closed at all times during such solar storms! If you cant get your laptop in, you can at least use it to protect an USB external hard drive, iPod, mobile phone, etc.

Also, people should assume that if the power supply goes down there will be disruption to supplies of food, water and essential medicines, and store at least a month’s worth of such at home. Tinned foods which do not need cooking. Plastic cutlery etc too. Afterwards / if nothing too serious happens you can always eat the foods and use the cutlery whilst out camping – so its not as if the value of the products will be wasted.

Clif High writes that the data archetypes coming through as forecast
linguistic associations also continue to demonstrate the potential for
advance knowledge of future events.

The data show growth of radioactive terms in general, also specific
connections to the oil volcano, including birth defects for humans and
animals. Hints of the growth of the radioactive context are connected
to the impending Israeli attack on Iran. Some of these associations
indicate a "glazed" (radioactive) "sheet" over the four major cities
in Israel.

"These data sets," High writes, "continue to maintain that the people
of Israel are to be a sacrificed on behalf of the powers that be
(TPTB) in the next world war - very, very soon arriving at your
doorway."

What High calls "The Terra entity" (presumably, one of the data sets)
"suggests that a 'crescendo period'" from the oil volcano will begin
in early August and produce significant negative effects and personal
agony for those who live near the Gulf of Mexico.

"The accrual patterns" (of the data) "continue to point to an
earthquake" (no more than 19 months away) that will finally stop the
flow of oil in the Gulf of Mexico.

"In the meantime of flowing and blowing oil, the Terra entity data
indicates other volcanoes and earthquakes, causing drinking water
problems everywhere before a mainstream news blackout on this
information is invoked in September.

But because of great earthquakes in the summer and fall of 2010, the
public won't stand for the blackout, the web bots indicate.

High also predicts revenge assassinations by "unbalanced persons" will
begin in September, aimed at those who are thought to be murdering the
Earth.

Some 1.289+ billion people will perish as a direct result of the ill
winds and the oil volcano, the Alta report states.

One aspect of these "ill winds" is that "in at least one instance they
will be so dense and heavy" that they will create a lake of death air
at the base of a mountain range. "This lake of death air has a major
highway that comes over mountains and descends into an area currently
lush with plants. All plant and animal life of this region will also
die, along with many humans who will either be trapped in the lake of
death air or will unwittingly travel into it. Further the data show
the heavy death air is so toxic that even worms will perish under it.
This is but a single instance of thousands of detail layers about the
ill winds and their effects on the planet."

"The ill winds sub sets and their cross links continue to build
support for a huge diaspora crossing great river systems and fleeing
north within the continental USA." The data sets within the
Populace/USofA entity show that the diaspora will be chaotic, and many
tens of thousands will die in the process. These ill winds will grow
considerably through the "torment of August, and then get a spike of
new growth that nearly doubles the emotional sums of the diaspora sub
set in mid October."

By August, High writes, everyone will be focused on the poisoning of
the air rather than the oil in the water, as is the case at the time
of this writing.

Sinkholes also figure prominently in the Alta report's calculations,
which focus on a very large commercial public building that will
disappear in a heartbeat, with a devastating quickness that panics the
populace into abandoning the whole city.

In addition, the national infrastructure will be significantly
affected. The sudden appearance of large holes in many parts of the
world will destroy the connections that enable the Internet and
television to work. The Alta report also predicts the West Coast of
the U.S., and Central Asia (the 'stans' and western China) will be
especially hard hit by "damaging temblors" and also unprecedented
"strange wave form earthquakes."

High writes, "These strange wave form earthquakes are described in
language that does make them seem quite bizarre in that the details
suggest a slow moving waves" will last for days, leaving visible
traces in hard ground, roadways and stone.

"It is as though a 8 or 9 magnitude earthquake is in slow motion and
instead of manifesting in minutes, will take a day and a half to
complete. This is specifically NOT referencing a period of
aftershocks, but rather a new phenomena not known to living
generations of humans. These strange form quakes are also indicated to
cause generations worth of damage as they will deform terribly the
firmament. This deformation data set has many supporting sets down to
the detail layers indicating railroads, and roadways and
transportation systems of all kinds, including subways being shifted
over hundreds of yards/meters in the day and a half."

"Noting that language has an in-built ambiguity, the data details
suggest that the face of America will reflect despair by late August.
There are many cross links over to the Terra entity pointing to
continued, and very personally deep emotional response to the
continued problems within the Gulf of Mexico, but the data is also
very clearly pointing to new troubles that will be blanketing the
populace of the U.S. at that time. These new troubles include the
unemployment wave, and the deep despair that is created as the
populace at the US of A en masse discovers that any 'economic
recovery' is merely happy talk from the propagandists."

The Alta report suggests that due to the horrific events in the last
half of July (that's some two weeks away, folks) and through August
and September, an uncontrollable revolution will begin throughout the
U.S. in the fall of 2010.

High notes that "one of the primary causes of this mental confusion
over manifesting reality is due to the continued and unwavering . . .
stream of lies that has been coming from government minions and the
propaganda press. Due to this false vision that has been portrayed as
reality for so long under the big lie that has dominated mainstream
media since the inception of the national security state in the early
1950s, the reaction of the populace both personally and en masse to
the cessation of the big lie, and the exposure to facts is noted as
being so severe that suicides and
murders will result.

"The Populace/USofA entity suggests that it will be first and last to
suffer from the ill winds that are indicated to rise up from the Gulf
of Mexico oil volcano and sea floor. These ill winds will create
problems of evacuation and floating death clouds that are indicated to
participate in the social upheaval and social order breakdown of the
rest of 2010.

Supporting sets of data contain attributes that predict a "long night
of the soul" during the first 12 days of August, as well as a "bad
summer", illness and loss of the money in the fall, all leading to "a
November tipping point."

There are data sets around "the 12 days of torment" in early August
indicating that the "Israeli mistake will ratchet up militarily" over
late July and through August. July 26 seems to be the starting point.

"These sets are showing that big news will be part of the troubles
that will very soon thereafter settle on Obama like oil on a trapped
bird."

"The huge levels of growth for the [massive unemployment wave] within
the populace of the U.S. over the summer are pointing toward the early
August period as being very key to the subsequent developments within
this meme as well as the tipping point of November. The idea coming
across is that the currency woes of July will build to a crisis point
of insurmountable proportions by August 1, and that the crushing
economic reality will come shining through for all to see.

Combined with the terrible extreme weather conditions that will affect
everyone in the U.S., the emotional depression and the nascent
hyperinflation does not augur well for either the American people or
those who pretend to be its rulers.

The trend in governments crushed by hyperinflation will lead to
dictatorships on three continents. These dictatorships will be a final
sign of the death of the dollar (and other paper debt based
currencies], though the aware observer will certainly note the earlier
signs to be found in Summer.

The ambitious manipulations of the Israelis will result in massive
protests against the Israeli propagandists in the TV business. The
result of these will be White House suicides and terminations.

And then there's the rain.

"Further there were some additional details in previous reports
describing rain systems that would deliver years of rains in only
hours or days.

"Other extreme weather caused problems are indicated for both Central
Europe as well as Central and South America. Again, in both cases,
flooding will play a crucial role in the inducing of crop failure,
though we note within the European food crisis sub set, that grain
crops will take an actual, physical beating from the bizarre hail
events to the point that visible imagery of crushed crops and broken
fruit trees will be a continuing broadcast item as such incidents
manifest weekly, and then 'peak' in a 10-days-long episode of deluge.

"This deluge in Europe will be so totally out of place and out of time
as to be mentally affecting the regional populace, many of whom will
be looking to the darkness at noon wondering what has caused this
night-during-day event.

"Further, there are descriptors with a high level of visibility that
paint a picture of sheets of rain so dense that airplanes will be
knocked down.
There are new supporting sets that also indicate that airports and trains
and even underground (enclosed) railroad passages will be flooded to the
point of shutdown. There are also indications that boats will be
necessary, even in the underground structures to rescue many humans
(and animals)] who will be stranded by the floods.

"The larger linguistic message is that the loyalties of these last
thousands of years have been misplaced, and that this new
understanding will emerge to common consensus over the rest of 2010.
The accretion patterns of the supporting sets are pointing to this new
understanding of personal loyalty becoming globally pervasive by 2011,
and with visible impacts on the planetary power structure by late
March 2011.

This incident is showing as being the poster for the revolution meta
data layer for many months. Further it now appears that this central
bank assault incident will be the source of the song of revolution
that had been previously forecast for Fall/Winter of 2010.

The execution of the head bankster(s) will be visible within the
planetary press including the propagandists here in the USofA, and is
also indicated to spark a series of bombings, and immolation (from
above) across the globe as disenfranchised and bankrupt victims of the
cabal of banksters act out their own plots and revenge scenarios.

The data sets are indicating that a particularly nasty bit of revenge
tactic will become known as a bankster's circumcision. The details are
horrific, but suffice it to say that garden implements are involved,
and that the actual target will be for castration such that banksters
may not breed. There are data elements within these sets pointing to a
three way battle as the banksters are set against their traditional
allies, the organized crime families. It will be from this latter
group, feeling ill used, and made as patsies that the more graphic
tactics will emerge. The executions of the banksters by the victims
and their relatives, and the subsequent war with the crime families
that are indicated to spark the military coups and other revolutionary
activities throughout many of the former bank controlled regions.

The SpaceGoatFarts entity is forecasting that, in the midst of all of
humanity's terrestrial problems, a very large sun disease spasm will
occur this year. It is described by the data sets as causing both
blindness and madness here on Terra. The cross links from the madness
supporting sets point toward religious extremism, and cries of
universal catastrophe that will be such as to incite the unstable
minds and controlled minds of the populace to self-immolation, and
other personally destructive acts. Further, the madness has sub sets
pointing to religious leaders who will be fucked over by their own
words when they push out the idea of god's wrath onto followers. The
idea coming up is that some 'bright' followers of some of these insane
religious leaders, the idea will arise that if religious leaders are
eliminated, the sun's problems will abate. "Hmmmm.not a bad idea, and
it may even work," High comments. "We will have to wait and see over
Fall how this works out after the assaults and attacks end up maiming
and silencing some of the far-too-many insane people in pulpits."

Other effects of the sun spasm will include electrical failures, freak
lightning, and destructive earthquakes, as well as strange atmospheric
effects. This last is also shown as participating in the rising of the
madness as somehow the energetic vibrations of the upper atmosphere
will cause a resonance both within electronic and mechanical devices
as well as in biological systems.

"The madness of the machines will be of very high visibility, whereas
the madness of humans will mostly be wrongly diagnosed or ignored,
under orders from TPTB. As a side note, there are small, but highly
emotionally charged (pun intended) sub sets within the SpaceGoatFarts
entity that suggest that TPTB will suffer the radiation effects (high
energy particles)] far more than the human populace from the sun
spasm.

"The high energy flux from the solar spasm is also being forecast to

termination points coagulate around the oil volcano. Within the
SpaceGoatFarts entity, the oil volcano is showing (via link to
Populace/USofA) that the outflow of the oil volcano is **designed** to
place pressures of irresistible magnitude on the populace in order to
force the relocation of [tens of millions of Americans and to create
chaos in America. As modelspace is moved through the first 12 days of
August, the SpaceGoatFarts entity accrues very large supporting sets
for poison air and gaseous clouds that will be visible even in the
mainstream media.

These death air clouds within the SpaceGoatFarts entity are described
as brown and tan, and yellow haze, and will cause both illness or
instant death. This last set indicates that there will be visibility
for the images of corpses (both human and animal)] being broadcast by
the mainstream media. The supporting data suggest that the brown
thickish clouds will be ill making (causing rapid heartbeat, shallow
breathing, lung distress, while the tan clouds will burn the lungs and
be instantly fatal. The death air phenomena grows supporting values
through all of the shorter term values sets.

Within both the Populace/USofA and the SpaceGoatFarts entity, the
death air linguistic set has several groups of supporting attributes
that are forecasting a revolution meta data layer interaction with the
oil volcano sub set. The idea coming up from the detail layers of both
the directly held supporting linguistics within the SpaceGoatFarts
entity and the cross links over to the Populace/USofA entity is that a
backlash of violence aimed at the banksters and Zionist Israel (by
extension, and 'contamination'), as well as U.S politicians. This
backlash over the planned oil volcano will spark the conflagration
that will be, in hindsight, taken as the shot felt throughout the
world. This felt shot/hit/bullet/strike is forecast by the data sets
as coming from a gloomy, black sky, and aggressively pounding the
skull of several prominent TPTB members as well as many of their

the slow earethquakes are reported to have begun already, with the first being under the sea to to the (north-)east of Australia.

The media is full of articles saying that BP has a new cap which has been fitted and that they are poised to use it to stem the oil flow (or capture it, so that it stops flowing in to the sea). But, that was the past day or so, and now the media is saying that there is a slight delay...

Mitch B at EarthchangesTV.com says that his sources tell him that its all a facade, even BP execs know that it wont work, that oil is leaving from uncappable breaks in the sea bed, etc.

I've heard it said that oil covered sea animals are being beached on the eastern side of Florida, which means that the deep level oil which is out of sight has now reached the Gulf Stream.

I wonder what its ETA is for here? And before that, the Atlantic Ocean fishing grounds?

I wonder whether the quake (within 19 months) that stops the oil flow will be natural or 'man made'? If natural, will there be any connection with the oil flow and emptier chambers below the seas? Oh and will this affect the New Madrid too - or will that be something else?

ZetaTalk says that when the New Madrid fault goes the chain reactions will be global, including causing a tsunami over Europe. I am not convinced, but do not discount the possibility 'out of hand' either. They say that the Atlantic seabed will stretch to compensate, and it is this which causes the tsunami. There is evidence of tsunamis affecting the British mainland caused by undersea quakes in the Atlantic Ocean, which is why I mention this possibility. The ebst known example happened in 1607. As for Israel, well, I dont know. Maybe the Israelis have some advanced shield technology which is not understood and would account for the radioactive 'sheet'. After all, have such sheets been known at atomic weapon sites before?

'Time' to bunker down depends on the ETA of that magnetic band of energy approaching our solar system.

Because of the risk from tsunamis, as seas over-step their normal boundaries (as described my Mother Shipton, and others) I hope that you have a boat, even a small one, 'just in case'.

Sorry but I am not a big fan of Mr. Icke, just lining his pockets with silver. As for 2012 well the film seems to have had a bigger impact than the reality will have. Ok we are in for a bumpy ride due to solar activity and yip it may get nasty. But forget the Hollywood stuff. ok we will be facing a food and water shortage over the next few years, bumper harvest this year but forget it after that. in fact the only really bad problems will be the weather and the two really nasty In tems yip the expansion of our atmosphere which means its going to rain satellites and space junk so buy a hard hat lol.
Ok we might be able to avoid lumps of junk hitting us on the forehead but the big problem is in what is inside the junk. Yip dirty bombs, radioactive pellets should be fun glowing in the dark save on the fuel bills though. Then we also have the problem of the expansion being great enough to allow gravity to affect the Van Allen belt, yip again NASA at its best.
In a feeble attempt to blow a hole in the belt to allow deep space exploration they detonated nuclear weapons in it. Clever or what.
now we have a nice ring of nuclear fall out just waiting to come home to mummy. This is the real 2012 folks.

Sweeps, apart from not being tasered, whats the best defence against it?

Can something be worn? can a person earth themselves? Is there such thing as a mirror which will reflect it back at the person firing it? (wishfuil thinking, the last one )

As for the police, well as long as they treat others as they would their loved ones, then they are less likely to face problems. Otherwise, by their own actions they make themselves an enemy..... Ian Tomlinson was not even a protestor - he was lawfully there on his daily business as a newspaper seller walking home after work, and the copper who threw him to the ground has not even received a cursury assault charge. Such 'protecting ones own' by the crown prosecution service is a de facto snub to ordinary people and by extension acts as an incitement to those who believe in violence to seek violent revenge. I will condemn this, as (self defence apart) violence is to be cursed, but even more loudly I will condemn the lack of prosecution.

2027? Thats a new one on me... is that when Apophis passes by? If so, then what about 2036, when it gets even closer?

Oh and also, what about the band of magnetic energy which is supposed to be heading this way through the cosmos?

btw, I expect to live to see both events, am still young enough!

The solar fireworks at the weekend were recorded by several satellites, including Nasa's new Solar Dynamics Observatory which watched its shock wave rippling outwards.

Astronomers from all over the world witnessed the huge flare above a giant sunspot the size of the Earth, which they linked to an even larger eruption across the surface of Sun.

The explosion, called a coronal mass ejection, was aimed directly towards Earth, which then sent a "solar tsunami" racing 93 million miles across space.

Images from the SDO hint at a shock wave travelling from the flare into space, the New Scientist reported.

Experts said the wave of supercharged gas will likely reach the Earth on Tuesday, when it will buffet the natural magnetic shield protecting Earth.

It is likely to spark spectacular displays of the aurora or northern and southern lights.

"This eruption is directed right at us," said Leon Golub, of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (CfA).

"It's the first major Earth-directed eruption in quite some time."

Scientists have warned that a really big solar eruption could destroy satellites and wreck power and communications grids around the globe if it happened today.

Nasa recently warned that Britain could face widespread power blackouts and be left without critical communication signals for long periods of time, after the earth is hit by a once-in-a-generation "space storm".

The Daily Telegraph disclosed in June that senior space agency scientists believed the Earth will be hit with unprecedented levels of magnetic energy from solar flares after the Sun wakes "from a deep slumber" sometime around 2013.

It remains unclear, however, how much damage this latest eruption will cause the world's communication tools.

Dr Lucie Green, of the Mullard Space Science Laboratory, Surrey, followed the flare-ups using Japan's orbiting Hinode telescope.

"What wonderful fireworks the Sun has been producing," the UK solar expert said.

"This was a very rare event – not one, but two almost simultaneous eruptions from different locations on the sun were launched toward the Earth.

"These eruptions occur when immense magnetic structures in the solar atmosphere lose their stability and can no longer be held down by the Sun's huge gravitational pull. Just like a coiled spring suddenly being released, they erupt into space."

She added: "It looks like the first eruption was so large that it changed the magnetic fields throughout half the Sun's visible atmosphere and provided the right conditions for the second eruption.

"Both eruptions could be Earth-directed but may be travelling at different speeds.

"This means we have a very good chance of seeing major and prolonged effects, such as the northern lights at low latitudes."

A Nasa spokesman was unavailable for comment.

I've seen it said that some kind of major financial upheaval is imminent, but because its not what TPTB would wish for we may get another 9/11 (or worse) event instead.

Anytime this month onwards, but possibly before Xmas.

As it happens, if I do not find well enough paid employment by November then that will be the month that I 'crash out' financially.

There is someone who has suggested that they may be able to get me a part time position, but not until September when the joint decision makers are back from holidays.

The source I saw for an event of some kind (a website by someone named 'Craig-Oxley') quoted the 9th, which is tomorrow. We shall see...
