The ‘Red Circles’ represent/show the 15 regions known in ONLY the United States to date…in which over 22 eyewitnesses have reported seeing a wingless aerial craft with antenna appendages… hovering and moving like a dragonfly. This spans almost 21 years…from 1987 to 2008-
